Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once the order has been processed by our luxury logistics partner, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Returns

MartPunjab accepts returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is in its original pristine condition.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
